A recent article by NPR titled “Real Parents, Real Talk About Kids And Screens” states “Screen time isn’t going anywhere. So let’s talk about it.”
It’s the honest truth. We live in a technology-ruled age, and while we embrace the many benefits that advancements have brought into our lives, we know for our health and wellness we must strike a balance between the real world and the internet. It’s why we created the Wonder Bunch — to give parents an app option that they can feel good about handing to their kids. One that is both entertaining and beautiful, but also offers many learning opportunities.
As parents, it’s up to us to help our children learn how to not only exist but thrive in this new world — a world we weren’t raised in. And we’re still learning how. “Real Parents, Real Talk” describes a recent NPR focus group consisting of about 20 parents in which they discussed parenting and technology.
